Quincy Mitchell continues to rewrite the Forrest Football record book as a Sophomre. His 183 yards against Giles County on Friday gives hin 2,109 yards rushing for this season, which propels him into first place in the single season category passing the previous mark of 1,948 set by Zach McClendon in 2014.He also becomes the first Forrest running back to eclipse the 2000 yard mark in a single season as well. He also holds the rare and unique feat of scoring from each 10 yard interval on the field. Surprisingly, it was a score from 20-30 yards out that was the last to fall. However, his heroics werent enough to hold off Giles County as the Bobcats scored a 45-28 win. The loss drops the Rockets to 6-3,2-2 and leaves them needing a win and help to host a first round playoff game.
